Key Responsibilities and Tasks
* Work closely with product owners to understand and translate business objectives into technical requirements
* Analyzing new change requests design solutions and guide developers in implementation
* Supporting the development teams and supervising the design testing and modification stages
* Ensure Up-to-date documentations
* Keep track of compliance requirements and adhere to the schedule
* Expert in finding root causes for incidents bugs and help in getting to permanent solutions of recurring incidents
Preferred background
* Experience of Incident handling and problem solving in a L3 support team
* Experience in projects dealing with File interfaces and protocols

* Service minded and takes responsibility within relevant working areas
* Able to work independently and to quickly pick up necessary knowledge and technologies
