Operations Manager Opportunity!
This growing international lifestyle brand business is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee outbound logistics across the UK and Europe. With strong stakeholder management and communication, in this role you will ensure efficient order fulfilment, strong 3PL coordination, and on-time, accurate deliveries. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end outbound order fulfilment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full visibility through systems such as SAP Analyse sales and logistics data to track KPIs, identify trends, and drive continuous operational improvements Coordinate closely with 3PL partners and carriers to execute shipments, manage documentation, and meet delivery SLAs Monitor inventory accuracy and shipment progress, resolving issues proactively and communicating updates to stakeholders and customers Requirements: Strong Operations experience Strong experience with SAP - MUST Experience overseeing outbound logistics Experience coordinating with 3PL providers Experience in the fashion/apparel industry Good English speaking skills
