Its products combine high technical standards with modern design, serving industries such as mechanical engineering, automation, measurement and control technology, and agriculture. /p pstrongYour Role /strong /ppAs our strongField /strong strongSales Sales Representative for Italy /strong, you will play a key role in expanding ROLEC’s presence in the Italian market. You will act as the main contact for customers, combining technical expertise with a consultative sales approach to drive business growth and strengthen long-term partnerships. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliVisit customers regularly to identify new business opportunities and provide on-site technical consultations. /liliBuild and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients. /liliIdentify and acquire new customers through market research and proactive outreach. /liliPresent and sell ROLEC’s product portfolio in face-to-face B2B interactions. /liliConduct product demonstrations and technical training sessions. /liliRepresent ROLEC at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events. /liliCollaborate closely with the German headquarters in Rinteln and international subsidiaries. /liliPrepare sales reports and provide market feedback to the Head of International Sales. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongYour Profile /strong /pulliAt least 5 years of experience in strongtechnical field sales /strong. /liliProven track record in selling strongindustrial or technical components /strong in a B2B environment. /liliSelf-motivated, structured, and results-driven approach. /liliExcellent communication and negotiation skills. /liliFluent in strongItalian /strong, with good command of strongEnglish /strongfor communication with HQ (German is a strong plus). /liliWillingness to travel across Italy (approx. 3 days per week). /liliExperience with strongCRM systems /strong and digital sales tools is an advantage. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat We Offer /strong /pulliAn stronginnovative product portfolio /strong with unique technical features. /lilistrongFlat hierarchies /strong and short decision-making paths. /liliInternational collaboration with the German HQ and global partners. /lilistrongComprehensive onboarding and professional development /strong opportunities in Germany. /lilistrongAttractive compensation package /strong, including a company car. /li /ul
