Our client, operating in the motorsports and automotive racing industry, is seeking a Development Engineer to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:
* Develop plans for concept and component development.
* Oversee the full product life cycle, from concept to production.
* Execute testing and validation to ensure project goals are met.
Minimum Experience:
* 5 years of experience in powertrain development and testing, including test planning, procedure writing, data acquisition, and analysis.
Required Qualifications:
* B.S. degree (or equivalent work experience) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a focus on internal combustion engines or electrified powertrains.
* Relevant coursework in fluid dynamics and thermodynamics.
Must-Have Skills:
* Powertrain & Chassis Dynamometer Testing – Experience with dynamometer testing, data logging hardware/software, and test instrumentation.
* Technical Communication – Strong ability to communicate technical information effectively, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences.
* This role is ideal for an experienced powertrain engineer with expertise in concept development, testing, and validation.
