Junior Consultant: Mergers and Acquisitions Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Consultant to join our team. As a member of our Deal Strategy group, you will play a critical role in supporting clients in corporate finance transactions.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in the pre-deal evaluation process, including business and strategic planning, due diligence, and synergy assessment.
* Supporting clients in the post-deal integration or separation phase, focusing on the definition and quantification of all value creation levers.
* Collaborating with lenders, shareholders, and managers at all levels to develop and implement effective deal strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A master's degree in business subjects, preferably with additional post-graduate courses in data science, business analytics, and digital innovation.
* An analytical approach and ability to interpret data and KPIs.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data and analytics tools such as Power BI and Qlik.
