The RoleThis is a high-impact, on-the-ground role where you'll spend the majority of your time in store visiting 100+ doors educating, motivating, and driving performance through exceptional product storytelling and relationships.You'll act as a true brand ambassador, working closely with store teams to elevate knowledge, increase sell-through, and ensure our products shine on the shop floor.️ What You'll Be DoingOwn field sales & education execution across a large retail territoryVisit 145+ retail doors, bringing the brand to life through education, training, and in-store supportDeliver engaging product training to Beauty Advisors and store leadershipDrive sell-out through relationship building, side-by-side selling, and activationsGather market insights, competitor activity, and field feedbackSupport launches, events, and key retail momentsTravel extensively within territory (this is a true field role)What We're Looking ForStrong field sales experience within beauty or cosmeticsComfortable being on the road most days, visiting multiple doors weeklyConfident educator with the ability to inspire and influence store teamsExcellent relationship-builder with store managers and retail partnersSelf-starter who thrives independently in a fast-paced environmentPassionate about beauty, education, and brand storytelling3 Locations:ParisMadridMilan
