Ph3Job Description /h3 pReporting to the People Culture Manager, the People Culture Specialist will focus on HR administration and assist in other HR topics such as talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, and talent management. The role is central in managing end-to-end HR operations, while maintaining our luxury standards and guest service excellence. /p h3HR Administration Support /h3 ul liManage and maintain all HR records and personnel files (digital and physical). /li liAdminister the full employee lifecycle documentation, from offer letters and onboarding paperwork to contract amendments and offboarding records. /li liSupport the onboarding process by preparing new hire packets, coordinating first‑day logistics, and ensuring all initial paperwork is complete. /li liConduct HR briefing to new employees to make them aware of our PC programs (ALL Heartists, EoE, etc.) and internal procedures. /li liAssist with compliance checks, ensuring all administrative practices adhere to Italian labor laws and internal guidelines. /li liManage staff extra/on‑call requests. /li /ul h3Leave Absence Management /h3 ul liMonitor and maintain accurate records of employee holidays, sick leave, permits, and other absences. /li liEnsure employees plan and utilize their annual holiday and permit entitlements within the year. /li liProactively follow up with staff and managers to track leave balances and avoid unused accruals. /li liLiaise with the HR Admin team to ensure accurate leave tracking. /li /ul h3Talent Acquisition Talent Management /h3 ul liParticipate and coordinate the full life‑cycle recruitment process for hotel positions, using and mastering the Application Tracking System (SmartRecruiters), and ensuring GDPR compliance. /li liOrganize training sessions in collaboration with the LD teams, external providers, and the Arsenale HSE team; provide administrative support for performance management cycles. /li liFoster employee retention, wellbeing initiatives, and internal communications about these initiatives. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Human Resources or related field. /li liAt least two years in an HR role within luxury hospitality. /li liGood knowledge of HR administration. /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills. /li liFluent in Italian and English. /li liProficiency with HR systems and tools and MS Office. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liA competitive package. /li liStaff cantine. /li liALL Heartist® Program – employee benefit card offering discounted rates at all ACCOR locations and partner venues worldwide. /li liLearning Development – opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world. /li liOur commitment to diversity inclusion – we are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
