We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Store Manager in our boutique. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of Client Advisors, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
The focus of this position is on cultivating strong relationships with customers, promoting the brand philosophy, and maintaining a unique shopping experience that aligns with our corporate image and communication guidelines.
1. Cultivate direct contact with customers through an active presence on the shop floor, guide the CA team to provide a personalized service, and report any missed opportunities to management.
2. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members, actively listen to their needs, and establish mutual trust.
3. Maximize sales and performance by guiding the team, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
4. Liaise with HQ Retail Buying office to plan product assortment, ensure high standards are maintained, and coordinate visual displays.
5. Support event organization and trunk shows to introduce new customers to the brand, foster loyalty, and explore CRM actions.
6. Motivate and manage the team to carry out daily activities with a sense of responsibility, providing continuous feedback and coaching.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in managerial roles (preferably in luxury retail). A strong business acumen, market understanding, and people management skills are essential. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
