Who We Are Looking For
For our Robe di Kappa store in Milan, we are seeking an experienced Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant's goal is to provide excellent customer service and sales. Responsibilities include maintaining an attractive store environment, ensuring order, cleanliness, and product range completeness. The role requires courtesy, friendliness, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting customers during sales
* Managing and maintaining merchandise on display
* Replenishing stock to ensure product availability
* Maintaining store cleanliness and order
* Managing fitting rooms according to company guidelines
* Handling cashier operations
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
* Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in the fashion industry
* Knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexibility with schedules
* Immediately available
