Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, providing in-depth technical knowledge and understanding of their requirements.
* Preparing technical materials and presentation slide decks for pre-sale support.
* Closing interactions with EcoFlow business partners to ensure they have a clear understanding of the key USPs of our products and services.
* Collecting valuable feedback and insights from clients and partners to inform product improvements.
* Providing insights and suggestions based on your technical expertise to help partners customize solutions for commercial success.

You'll Be A Great Fit If You Have:
* A Bachelor's degree or above in science or engineering, with a preference for electrical engineering, electro-mechanical equipment, or related fields.
* At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support roles, ideally in the Residential Energy Storage industry.
* Strong self-drive and proactiveness, able to work independently and in teams across diverse departments.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking and delivering training to groups.
* Ability to listen and understand customer needs, think independently to find solutions, and grasp new information rapidly.
* Fluency in English and Italian is necessary, with additional languages like French, German, Polish, Dutch being a plus.
