Job Description
At Grupo Planeta, we are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Roma
What will your day-to-day look like?
* Recruitment and CV screening through various job portals.
* Conducting interviews (phone, online, and in person).
* End-to-end management of the selection process, from opening to closing.
* Support in the onboarding process for new hires.
* Constant communication and coordination with internal managers.
* Collection and analysis of recruitment metrics.
Requirements
What would we like to see in your CV?
* University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or similar.
* Italian and English C1 is mandatory
* Minimum of 1–2 years of experience recruiting, specially within Sales Department
* Advanced level of office automation skills.
