Responsibilities
* Manage the development, launch and optimization of our digital products, working closely with the development team, marketing managers and other involved stakeholders.
* Define the digital product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Board, customers, business managers and the development team, and external stakeholders to understand user needs, gather feedback and define product requirements.
* Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the most important features are developed in an efficient and timely manner.
* Work closely with the Agile development team to guide the product development process, participating in sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
* Monitor digital product performance metrics and continually iterate to improve user experience and product success.
* Communicate effectively with various internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of product goals and progress.
Qualifications
* Master\'s degree preferably in Digital, IT, Engineering or similar fields.
* Strong Project and Product Management skills and knowledge of Agile and SCRUM methodology.
* General knowledge of Data Analysis, AI, IoT.
* Knowledge of market analysis, business case development, TCO calculation, Business Process Modelling.
* Ability to combine product management skills, knowledge of the market and digital technologies.
* Proven knowledge of MS Office; MS Sharepoint 365 is highly appreciated.
* Excellent level of English and Italian.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
