We are continuously growing and we are looking for a professional Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our UniQue Ispra team. /ppIn this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers in the public sector and you will be responsible for developing new business by identifying profitable opportunities, maintaining your client portfolio by building strong, long‑lasting relationships, and monitoring the progress of the projects, with the aim to provide excellent client service and added value services. /ph3What will you be bringing to the team? /h3ulliDefine configuration management and deployment strategies. /liliDesign and create cloud architecture blueprints. /liliBuild, maintain, and deploy CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab) on virtual machines. /liliProduce and update software architecture and technical documentation. /liliCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather needs and requirements. /li /ulh3What do you need to succeed in this position? /h3ulliMaster Degree + minimum 5 years of relevant experience or Bachelor + minimum 9 years of relevant experience /liliStrong understanding of software and cloud architecture best practices, including microservices and application design. /liliProficient in Python. /liliSolid knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. /liliExperience with DevOps principles and CI/CD processes (setup, maintenance, updates). /liliHands‑on experience with containerization and orchestration (OpenShift, Kubernetes), and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab runners, and Helm charts. /liliFamiliarity with repository planning and version control systems (Git). /liliAbility to deliver clear business and technical presentations. /liliAdaptability to fast‑evolving cloud technologies (on‑prem or public cloud). /liliEnglish language skills at B2 level. /li /ulpAt Uni Systems, we are providing equal employment opportunities and banning any form of discrimination on grounds of gender, religion, race, color, nationality, disability, social class, political beliefs, age, marital status, sexual orientation or any other characteristics.
