For a well‑known global semi‑structured leading Group in its industry we are seeking a Talent Management & Development Lead who will assume responsibility for the Corporate COE for Talent Management & Organizational Development primarily dedicated to the group's foreign subsidiaries and to key Italian roles.
This is a lead role in defining guidelines, practices and corporate governance. The role does not require teams to coordinate.
Main responsibilities
Design, implement and maintain Talent Management processes
Coordinate corporate performance and succession planning activities
Update competency models, career frameworks and governance documentation
Support organizational analysis and redesign initiatives
Monitor talent metrics and produce insights for decision making
Provide training and support to local HRBP and managers
Collaborate closely with the Corporate HR Lead on roadmap and priorities
Contribute to the SuccessFactors implementation
Required profile
7+ years in Talent Management & Development in international and semi‑structured contexts
Proven experience in defining corporate policies, developing processes and rolling them out in foreign subsidiaries
Previous experience in the implementation / harmonization of HR ATS (e.g. SuccessFactors) is a plus
Fluent English
