Project Planner – Data Centre Construction
Location: Milan, Italy
Turner & Townsend are leaders in professional services to the Data Centre sector globally. Due to the continued success and expansion of our Data Centre business in Europe, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Planner to join our team in Milan.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the project schedule using Primavera P6
Monitor and control project progress, including the tracking of earned value and performance against the baseline schedule
Work with multiple stakeholders to review project progress and identify areas for improvement
Work with the Planning Lead as well as the project team to identify and mitigate schedule risks
Provide regular reports to the project manager on project status and schedule performance
Develop and manage the integrated work breakdown structure for the project
Integrate various contract packages into master plan schedule
Prepare regular internal/external weekly and monthly progress report for management and client
Qualifications
University Degree in a construction related field
5+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a focus on complex construction projects, and preferably previous Data Centre experience.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and EVM
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to extract data from multiple stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Italian and English language skills
