OverviewTXT e-Tech, a company of the TXT Group, is looking for a Perception & Sensor Fusion Engineer to be involved in Aerospace activities for a major client in the sector. The resource will work on advanced perception solutions, focusing on multimodal sensor fusion algorithms and contributing to the development of robust 3D environment representations using heterogeneous sensor data.ResponsibilitiesData preprocessing and sensor conditioning, including temporal alignment, calibration, noise reduction and outlier handlingDevelopment of multimodal sensor fusion algorithms integrating data from EO/IR, LiDAR, Radar, IMU and GPSDesign and optimization of advanced perception architectures (object detection, multi-target tracking, segmentation)Development and optimization of models using Computer Vision, Signal Processing and Machine Learning techniquesCollaboration with hardware and software teams for integration into complex embedded systemsValidation of perception algorithms through high-fidelity simulations and real-world testing (flight/ground tests)Contribution to ML-Ops activities, including pipeline management and use of High Performance Computing platformsRequired technical skillsExperience with Data Association algorithms and Multiple Object Tracking (MOT)Proficiency in 3D point cloud processing (e.G. PCL, Open3D or similar)In-depth knowledge of sensors (LiDAR, Radar, cameras, IMU, GPS) and their physical principles and data structuresHands-on experience with PyTorch for perception model developmentStrong programming skills in C and C++Good knowledge of scripting languages (Python)Optional technical skillsKnowledge of Linux environments (e.G.
