As a Field Service Engineer in Siemens Italy, you install, commission, and troubleshoot Automation and Motion Control systems on‑site for OEMs and customers. You collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support digitalization and modernization projects while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work across engineering, sales, and project management to deliver reliable, high‑quality service. Retribuzione / Benefits
Install, commission, and troubleshoot automation and motion control systems (PLCs, drives, machine tools)
Perform on‑site service activities at OEMs and end customers
Configure and tune drive systems (SINAMICS, Starter/StartDrive)
Develop PLC software using STEP 7 and TIA Portal
Support technical hotline and back‑office teams
Participate in digitalization and modernization projects
Coordinate technically with internal departments (engineering, sales, project management)
Document, report, and communicate with customers per Siemens standards
Responsabilità
Degree in Automation, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent practical experience
Experience in technical customer service, field service, or project engineering (or strong motivation to grow)
Knowledge of Siemens PLCs (S7‑300 / S7‑1500; STEP 7; TIA Portal)
Drive technology experience xlwpduy (SINAMICS, Starter/StartDrive)
Willingness to travel for on‑site activities
Proficiency in English and Italian
Valid driving license and eligibility to work in Italy
