CO-PACKING PLANNER
For our Supply Chain division in Milan we are looking for a CO-PACKING PLANNER
Your Role:
* This role acts as a key operational link between the Italian Business Unit and external co-packers. The Copacking Planner reports to the Market Supply Coordinator and is part of a young and dynamic team.
In this role you will be responsible for the execution and coordination of copacking activities cross‑category (dairy, plant‑based and baby nutrition products), ensuring product availability while optimizing costs, reducing waste, and maintaining high service levels.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Demand Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Quality, Marketing, Sales) and external partners (co-packers) to ensure smooth operations and efficient execution of copacking plans.
Main responsibilities and tasks:
* Manage copacking operations with external partners to ensure smooth execution and product availability
* Act as the key contact for copacked products, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers
* Align volumes, priorities, and capacity to support business needs
* Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and costs
* Support short‑term planning and quickly adapt to changes or unexpected situations
* Contribute to waste reduction and ensure optimal use of materials
* Resolve operational issues and support critical situations when needed
* Drive action plans and ensure effective follow‑up with all stakeholders
About You
To be successful in this role, we believe you need to have:
* Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or similar
* Previous experience in a supply‑chain role is a plus
* Strong problem‑solving and entrepreneurial thinking – proactivity is a must
* Analytical skills
* Relational skills and flexibility
* Excel knowledge; Power BI and SAP/APO are a plus
* Fluent in English & Italian
