member of the Leading Hotels of the World. /p h3MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liA minimum of 3 years in a revenue management and/or analytical role. /li liPreferred Experience: /li liExperience in an international hotel chain or hotel group. /li liExperience in a luxury hotel. /li liExperience in a Resort environment. /li liOperation knowledge of any of the following systems: /li liSynexis, Vertical Booking, Protel PMS, CRS/CRO Software. /li liAdvanced Excel and strong numeracy and analytical skills. /li liHigh-level presentation skills via PowerPoint or other tools. /li liNative or fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) /li liMust be EU Citizen or in possession of Italian work visa. /li /ul h3OBJECTIVE OF THIS ROLE /h3 pThe Cluster Revenue Manager will work with the Group Director of Revenue Strategy Distribution to coordinate and implement all revenue strategies. /p pHe/She works closely with the sales and marketing teams as well as the operations teams in each hotel. /p pResponsible for delivering all aspects of pricing, demand analysis, yield management, business mix optimisation, selling strategies, distribution and intermediary strategy and tactics to maximise revenue growth, profit contribution and market share, working closely with the on-property reservations and CE team. /p pHe/She reports to the Group Director of Revenue Strategy Distribution. /p h3CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES /h3 ul liOversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and coordinate day to day yield operations. /li liEnsure all related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity. /li liDaily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting. /li liPerform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends. /li liCreate and maintain 13 months rolling demand calendar. /li liCreate and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each hotel. /li liProvide weekly dynamic rolling forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparisons. /li liOversee strategy for all 3rd party distribution. /li liResponsible for assessing, analysing and pricing group business strategies. /li liAnalyse overall monthly hotel performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies. /li liEnsure web site booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional. /li liEnsure hotel personnel is fully competent in the use of all systems. /li liRegularly check the input and the quality of data (segmentation, denials tracking, etc.). /li liEvaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (OTA, FIT, tour operator, corporate, consortia, groups, etc). /li liReduce the cost of distribution by finding new less expensive means of delivering business. /li liPrepare outline for and support the annual revenue budget process. /li /ul h3PERSONALITY SKILLS /h3 ul liResilient and motivated – Self organised, working well under time constraints while balancing concurrent tasks and priorities. /li liExcellent analytical and numeric skills for fast data crunching /li liHighly goal-oriented /li liExcellent team-working skills /li liAbility to work in a high-pressure environment. /li liGood listening skills and the ability to anticipate business needs. /li liAble to develop relationships with 3rd parties and the hotel teams. /li liCapacity to read situations, understand environments and respond accordingly /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
