Job Title: Recruiter (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)
Reporting To: Talent Acquisition Leader, EMEA South
Location: Monza, Italy. This is an on-site role
Language Requirements: Fluent English & Italian Language skills are essential. Additional language skills would be beneficial
Experience requirements: Previous experience recruiting into the Pharmaceutical sector is REQUIRED.
Responsibilities
* Working within a fun, supportive and driven international team, you’ll be responsible for recruiting a wide variety of roles for our sites in Italy including manufacturing, operations, commercial, leadership & corporate positions.
* Partner with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners to lead the recruitment process for active open positions.
* Conducting recruitment strategy meetings with hiring manager
* Developing and leading the recruitment sourcing strategy
* Proactively sourcing talent
* Facilitating debrief meetings
* Coordinating offer approvals and extending offers
* Building Talent Pipelines
* Actively utilise TA technology to promote our opportunities, Employer Brand & EVP
* Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Field HR throughout the process
* Participate in projects as needed
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelors Degree in Business, Science, Human Resources, or equivalent
* Experience: Experience recruiting into the Pharmaceutical sector is REQUIRED.
* Experience working in a professional environment within an internal international recruitment function
* Experience recruiting diverse positions by function / seniority etc
* Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Strong preference for someone with background recruiting in the Science Industry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Problem solving and time management skills
* The ability to work independently, and negotiation skills
