Marketing Senior Specialist
, to join our global marketing team at Fortidia and Mail Boxes Etc. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in creating and executing marketing initiatives and campaigns tailored to our key markets across Europe. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing brand presence, driving lead generation, and ensuring impactful marketing strategies for acquiring new customers and sustaining customers'growth.
Geographies of focus: Italy, Spain, Germany, France, the UK and Ireland, Poland, and Portugal.
As a Marketing Senior Specialist, you will collaborate daily with international marketing managers, agencies, and external partners while reporting to the Marketin & Communication Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Campaign Development and Execution
● Lead the planning, briefing, creation, and execution of mainly
B2B lead generation marketing campaigns
across online, in-store and offline channels.
● Ensure campaigns alignment with company strategy and drive profitability for both the business and franchisees.
● Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using KPIs to assess and optimize results.
● Collaborate closely with local Marketing, Product Marketing, Learning & Development, and Network Sales & Operations teams.
2. Social Media Strategy
● Be responsible for the
global social media strategy
, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives, brand positioning, and attention to the latest trends in social media and digital communication.
● Support the development, briefing, and execution of the
social media editorial plan
and supervise activities on social platforms including
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
.
● Plan and execute
influencer marketing campaigns
, identifying and collaborating with relevant influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement.
● Monitor and evaluate the performance of social media accounts, implementing improvements to enhance effectiveness.
Requirements
● Bachelor degree with record of strong academic performance in Economics or in the Marketing/Communication area.

4-5 years
of relevant experience
● Fluency in both
English
and
Italian
is mandatory.
● Proven experience in
conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns
, with a strong focus on digital strategies.
● Hands-on expertise in managing
social media and email marketing
●
Creativity
and ability to identify target insights while delivering campaigns that generate engagement and measurable results.
● Experience
