Senior / lead beauty packaging & full-concept designer (remote)

As we expand our European creative footprint, we are seeking a visionary Senior / Lead Packaging & Full-Concept Designer based in France, Italy, or Spain to join our core international team.

Are you a design visionary who has shaped the visual identity of the world’s most iconic beauty brands? Do you possess the rare blend of high-end artistic aesthetics and strong structural engineering understanding?

In this fully remote role, you will lead the 360° full-concept design (from strategic positioning, primary/secondary packaging structure, to graphics and storytelling) for high-end skincare, cosmetics, and fragrance lines. You will work directly with Tier-1 global beauty groups and fast-growing indie brands, translating their brand DNA into tangible, sustainable, and highly competitive packaging masterpieces.

• End-to-End Concept Design: Lead the full design process from trend forecasting, brainstorming, sketching, to photorealistic 3D rendering and final technical specification validation.
• Tier-1 Client Alignment: Interpret briefs from global prestige beauty brands, presenting high-impact design concepts that perfectly balance luxury aesthetics with market relevance.
• CMF Excellence: Drive innovation in Colors, Materials, and Finishes (CMF), with a heavy focus on eco-responsible design, PCR/recycled materials, and smart structural refillable systems in line with EU PPWR.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our international R&D and manufacturing teams to ensure that your conceptual designs are perfectly optimized for production viability and scalability.
• Brand Storytelling: Design not just a box or bottle, but the entire unboxing experience, incorporating primary and secondary packaging into a cohesive brand narrative.
  

• Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of proven experience specializing in packaging and full-concept design specifically within the cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance sectors.
• Elite Portfolio (Mandatory): A stunning, comprehensive portfolio demonstrating completed 360° full-concept projects for global Tier-1 beauty/luxury brands.
• Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., Rhino, SolidWorks, Keyshot, Blender) alongside Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Deep CMF & Industry Knowledge: Extensive understanding of glass, plastic, and paper manufacturing processes, molding constraints, and high-end decoration techniques (hot stamping, embossing, metallization).
• Remote Pro: Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working autonomously in a fully remote setup across European time zones.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required. Fluency in French, Italian, or Spanish is a strong asset.
