The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.
Responsibilities
* Produce technical analysis based on received functional specifications for a small extended team of SW developers composed by consultants and near-shore resources
* Adopt agile SCRUM methodology for team management
* Provide guidelines on adoption of proper Design Patterns
* Provide guidelines respecting the architectural design of the application (microservices, message queueing for loosely coupled integration)
* Provide guidelines for Secure code development (OWASP and cybersecurity standards)
* Execute code reviews for the SW released by the extended team
* Merge SW to create the new product release
* Adopt the innovation of AI for automated SW development (via Claude)
* Open to interact both with a development and a DevOps maintenance support team
* Develop quality software and cloud web applications for the most critical and complex components
* Analyze and maintain existing software applications
* Design highly scalable, testable code
* Discover and fix programming bugs
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
* Knoweldge of Agile methodologies and specifically Scrum
* Experience in Technical Analysis
* Experience in SW Development Lifecycle
* Experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Development
* Development experience with programming languages, specifically Java
* SQL database or relational database skills
* Programming Language: Java and Javascript
* User Interface: Angular
* Framework: Spring
* DBMS: Postgres
* MQ: Rabbit MQ or similar message queueing systems
* Knowledge of cybersecurity standards to produce Secure Software like OWASP
* Knowledge of JUnit for automation of Unit Testing
* Knowledge of SW versioning repository and specifically Bitbucket
* Knowledge of workflow engine tools and specifically activity
* Knowledge of ETL tools
* Knowledge of Analytics Tools
* Attitude to Team leadership and to manage external SW Engineers
* Knowledge of SAP Material Management and Procurement is a plus

English minimum B2 or higher
Work:
hybrid 2 days remote from home and 3 days in the office
