Role Summary
As a Technical Writer you will join the technical team, creating and managing product documentation and designing & delivering training activities for colleagues and clients. You will be a key point of reference for transmitting technical know‑how.
Responsibilities
* Write and update manuals and technical documentation for products and processes.
* Design training content and deliver it internally and to customers.
* Collaborate with technical teams to gather and interpret product specifications.
* Ensure documentation complies with regulatory standards.
* Use layout software such as Adobe InDesign to produce professional materials.
Qualifications
* Technical diploma and/or engineering degree.
* Prior experience in similar roles within industrial contexts.
* Passion for technical writing and training.
* Proficiency with layout/typesetting software (InDesign).
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Approach that is precise, structured and quality‑oriented.
