The candidate will be a member of the team responsible for implementing and maintaining state‐of‐the‐art Business Applications on the ServiceNow platform. As a ServiceNow Developer you will develop new modules and business flows in the ServiceNow Application, maintain and enhance existing modules and business flows to adapt them to the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities Develop new modules and business flows in ServiceNow Application Fix defects in ServiceNow modules Adapt existing ServiceNow modules and business flows to changing requirements of our clients Administration and configuration of existing ServiceNow modules Write documentation and procedures, document the source code with comments and produce technical documentation Implement corrective actions Report on progress, issues, and problems to the supervisor; provide lessons learned and suggest optimisations of work processes Job Requirements Solid experience with AngularJS and/or ServiceNow Service Portal development Strong experience with ITSM application development and customization Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs) Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and CSDM concepts Experience working with multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) is highly desirable Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Comfortable performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices Fluency in English, with the ability to clearly present ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders ServiceNow Certifications Required Certified System Administrator (CSA) Strongly Recommended Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM) (CIS‐DF (CMDB and CSDM)) Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS‐ITSM) What we offer?
