In more detail, you will review and monitor through dedicated KPIs the performance and development of Recruitment Event activities, in order to develop and implement areas of improvements. You will evaluate the activities with current positioning of Ferrari as recruiter across different sectors (including engineering, innovation, luxury), and benchmark with other leading employers (in Italy, Europe and internationally) to identify best practices. Your findings and recommendations will strongly contribute to develop a structured and innovative approach in recruitment at universities, aligned with Ferrari DNA. And of course allows to best integrate and develop for your potential growth. Required profile In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target-oriented and structured. You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. We require attention to the detail and awareness of the responsibility that comes with your project and on working in HR. You are motivated to adapt to and learn, working with highest integrity, professionalism and discretion as clearly required in the field of HR and Recruitment. It goes without saying that you relish a challenge. The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). Fluent English is a required, while a good level of Italian is an advantage for your local integration (but is not required to start with).
