Your main responsabilities:
Formulate and implement financial strategies, through the funds management.
Monitor liquidity, payment processing, and debt collection.
Supervise and coordinate the preparation of the budget, its implementation and control.
Monitor and control of budget implementation and long-term financial plans.
Monitor and verify costs of activities in accordance with Affidea Group standards and terms of the budget: loans, receivables, liquidity, etc. and provide cost optimization
Monitor and supervise of the accounting and financial reporting, including CF management.
Supervise the correct appliance of IFRS principle
Be active part in review financial due diligence during potential new acquisition
Coordinate new extraordinary transactions (new acquisition / merge) during the integration of financial side, and principles application
Be active during the periodic closing, ensuring and checking the principle assetion (completeness, existence etc)
Supervise and coordinate all the financial fuction (AR – AP – Treausry – Financial Reportin – Statutory & Tax)
Ensure greater efficiency of internal systems
Supervise, prepare and control of external and internal reports (management reports) - in line with Affidea Group standards
Evaluate the financial risk of investment, transactions, deposits, etc., and recommend investments to control the level of return on capital
Financial Controlling over investments
Responsibility for tax security
Supervise the correctness of tax settlements
Responsibility for contacts and cooperation with auditors, insurance companies, investors and tax authorities
Supervise and care of contacts with external financial institutions, negotiating the terms of deposits and loans, approving payments xivgfpx
Supervise and co-operate with insurance companies
The ideal candidate:
University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar (MBA or Chartered Accountant is a plus)
At least 8 years of experience in finance, controlling or audit, with team management experience
Strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles and reporting standards (IFRS preferred)
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and process optimization
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
