Role Description As a member of the JD Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers every time they visit the store. You will assist customers to maximize store productivity, exceed sales targets, and utilize in-store devices.
Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Assist customers throughout all sales stages, from choosing to purchasing products, ensuring targets are met.
Provide alternatives and maximize sales by leveraging digital channels offered by the company, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Visual Merchandising:
Maintain sales standards, including cleaning and organizing store spaces as needed.
Check stock levels and replenish when necessary to ensure a full range of sizes is available.
Requirements
Experience in retail preferred.
Excellent communication and customer management skills.
Teamwork predisposition and good attention to detail.
