Overview: At Aman, we create exceptional guest experiences through seamless service and personalized attention. As a Reservations Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading and supporting the Reservations & PBX team, ensuring excellence in guest interactions, sales performance, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Guest Experience & Brand Integrity: - Uphold Aman’s high standards, ensuring every reservation reflects our commitment to excellence. Sales & Revenue Strategy: - Work towards hotel sales goals, ensuring the team effectively communicates the Aman brand positioning to guests and partners. Team Leadership & Development: - Guide and mentor the Reservations & PBX team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed. - Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and support. - Ensure all new team members receive a strong orientation to Aman’s culture and standards. Operations & Systems: - Oversee daily reservations and PBX operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. - Maintain a strong working knowledge of reservation software, PMS, and Microsoft Office tools. - Ensure administrative tasks are completed promptly and efficiently. Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: - Languages: Fluent in English and Italian (verbal & written). - Education: Degree or Diploma in any discipline. - Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Reservations Agent in an international luxury hotel. - Skills & Attributes: - Strong computer proficiency and ability to manage reservations systems. - Ability to work flexible hours as needed. Desirable Attributes: - Experience in Front Office or Housekeeping Operations. - Maturity and confidence in handling guest interactions. - Knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage.
