How you make the difference
You will support the optimization of maintenance processes, ensuring alignment with the quality and cost standards set by the company.
How your agenda looks like
* You will collaborate in defining operational maintenance priorities for your Factory and in evaluating the effectiveness of interventions.
* You will be involved in identifying any extraordinary maintenance needs of your Factory.
* You will collaborate with your manager to organize interventions involving, as needed, internal technicians, external companies, and/or suppliers.
* You will ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and procedures.
Your team
You will become part of the Industrial Team in the Aprilia Plant, reporting to the Maintenance & Project Manager Italy.
What makes you a great fit
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical/Food Engineering, Safety Management or similar.
* Previous experience in the role (not mandatory).
* Excellent knowledge of the Office suite and Excel.
* Fluent use of the English language.
* Proactivity, accuracy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
