A better future? /ph3Location /h3pPozzo d'Adda, Milan, IT, 20060 /ph3Position Purpose /h3pSupport and strengthen the plant logistics organization by supervising planning activities and driving optimization initiatives. The role ensures efficient material flow, inventory control, and continuous improvement of logistics processes to support overall plant performance. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupervise and coordinate daily logistics planning activities (inbound, outbound, and internal flows). /liliEnsure material availability aligned with production requirements. /liliMonitor and optimize inventory levels and stock accuracy. /liliAnalyze logistics KPIs (OTIF, inventory turnover, transport costs, stock discrepancies). /liliIdentify and implement logistics cost reduction and efficiency improvements. /liliImprove transport planning and warehouse utilization. /liliEnsure data accuracy within ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred). /liliCollaborate with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Suppliers. /liliAct as backup to the Logistics Manager when required. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field. /lili3–5 years of experience in logistics planning within a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred). /liliStrong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge. /liliExperience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP is a plus). /liliKnowledge of Lean and continuous improvement principles. /liliFluent in Italian and English. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
