What You Will Be Doing at Arrow? In collaboration with the sales teams, you will take full ownership of Arrow's supply-chain and data services, delivering a growth mindset and a consultative selling approach to both traditional and non-traditional customers. By targeting VP-level customer influencers and decision-makers, you will differentiate Arrow from our competitors, driving sales, margin and fee growth and securing a leading share of the total addressable market. You will report to the EMEA Supply Chain Solutions Director. Key Responsibilities Build a detailed knowledge of Arrow's high-end supply-chain services portfolio. Use consultative questioning to isolate customer pain points and create compelling bespoke solutions. Apply quantitative and qualitative approaches to support the benefits statement, demonstrating success by increasing Arrow's share of the customer's wallet. Collaborate with sales teams, using tools such as whitespace analysis to spotlight high-potential customers. Develop strategies to connect with customer influencers and decision-makers. Understand Arrow's financial objectives to ensure solution designs meet acceptable thresholds. Maintain implemented supply-chain solutions and hand them off to a combination of Sales and Business Process Excellence teams. Act as a subject-matter expert and owner of Arrow's fee-for-service portfolio, including semiconductor programming, inventory solutions, turnkey manufacturing, supply-chain control tower, and critical buffer stocks. Manage the funnel of opportunities for the territory across Arrow's full suite of solutions, including Intelligent Solutions, Converge, Digital, Enterprise Computing, eInfochips, Capital Solutions, Supply Assurance, AE Petsche, and others. Serve as the single point of contact for Arrow with customers while linking with specialist resources as required. Field-based, customer-facing role with regular consultative selling at Director, Vice President and C-Suite levels. Manage a territory consisting of €500m of existing sales to all customer types, including international travel as required. Key Qualifications Knowledge of the electronic component industry and relevant supply-chain and manufacturing practices. Experience in solution selling and influencing at the executive level. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create winning strategies. Fast-learner with excellent project management and collaborative teamwork.
