Our established architecture firm, recognized for its integrated approach and innovation in design, is seeking an experienced Architect with a strong passion for design. We offer a key role within a dynamic team and the opportunity to work on high-profile projects.
The selected candidate will be a driving force in the development of projects, ensuring excellence at every stage, from concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end management of project development: from concept design to executive CAD documentation.
Preparation and finalization of technical specifications, including material schedules, hardware and lighting specifications, as well as FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) drawings.
Coordination and rigorous review of shop drawings to ensure compliance with project execution standards.
Proactive management of project development, representation, and execution.
Coordination: the candidate will initially be integrated into international project teams to absorb the firm’s methodology. Subsequently, they will be expected to participate in and lead coordination meetings with external consultants, actively guiding them toward successful project delivery.
Site supervision and construction management, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Required Language Skills
Full professional proficiency in English: due to the international nature of our projects, all communications, including emails and meetings, will be conducted exclusively in English. Fluency is therefore essential.
Required Software Skills
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Intermediate knowledge of Adobe InDesignStrong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Intermediate knowledge of Rhinoceros 3D
