Job Title: Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our team as a Support Specialist. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and a keen interest in technology.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing face-to-face IT support to users, diagnosing hardware-related problems, and managing small projects related to new hardware or software installations.
Responsibilities:
* Provide on-site IT support to users
* Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues
* Manage small projects related to hardware and software installations
* Install software, patches, and updates using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience in a technical ICT environment
* General end-user technology knowledge
* Experience with End User Workspace platforms
* Experience with Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office)
* Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken
