About the job We are seeking a Strategy & Business Intelligence Specialist to join the Strategy & Transformation team and act as a strategic partner to the Leadership Team and Business Units. The role reports directly to the Strategy & Transformation Director and plays a central part in enabling data‑driven decision making, operational excellence and strategic execution across the Italian organization. This is a hybrid role combining advanced analytics, KPI governance, Power BI front‑end development, PMO support and strategic insights generation. The position is ideal for someone who wants to grow from a data‑driven background into a broader Strategy & Transformation scope.
About the role As Strategy & Business Intelligence Specialist, you will transform complex datasets into actionable insights, ensure KPI integrity across the organization, and support the execution of Strategic Deployment Plans (SDPs). You will collaborate closely with IT/BI teams (local and EMEA), Sales, Operations, Finance and Customer Excellence, acting as the bridge between business and data. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent organizational skills, curiosity, and the ability to bring structure and clarity in a fast‑moving environment. In the first months, a key priority will be to stabilize and secure existing reporting streams and KPI frameworks, ensuring continuity and reliability.
Key Responsibilities Develop, optimize and maintain Power BI dashboards (Monthly Operating Reviews, Strategic Projects), working with IT/BI teams to integrate datasets and ensure efficient data flows. Guarantee the integrity, consistency and harmonization of KPIs at national level, aligned with global guidelines and performance monitoring standards. Analyze the full customer lifecycle to identify trends, growth drivers and operational inefficiencies through ad‑hoc analyses. Support Business Unit Leaders and Project Owners in the execution of Strategic Deployment Plans, providing quantitative models and progress KPIs. Contribute to the definition and monitoring of fact‑based countermeasures and data‑driven action plans for transformation initiatives. Provide analytical models and impact estimations to support pricing strategy optimization. Translate complex data into clear, executive‑level insights for the Leadership Team, producing concise and decision‑oriented presentations. Support the Strategy & Transformation Director in managing the project portfolio, tracking milestones and facilitating coordination across stakeholders. Collaborate on special analyses, business cases and strategic presentations for institutional meetings. Act as the go‑to person for front‑end BI development, ensuring alignment between business needs and IT/BI teams.ù
Your Profile 2–4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Consulting or similar roles with strong exposure to performance tracking and dashboarding. Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or other quantitative fields. Technical Skills (Core): Advanced Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query) Advanced Excel (pivot, modeling, macros) SQL: ability to read and understand scripts; writing skills are a plus but not mandatory Strong data storytelling skills: ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, executive‑ready PowerPoint presentations. Familiarity with AI‑based analytical tools is a plus. Fluent English (B2/C1), required for interaction with EMEA BI teams.ù
