We are excited to meet you and for you to join us in shaping the future of the logistics industry in Europe. /p h3About The Role /h3 pAs an bAccounting Tax Lead /b, you will: /p ol liPrepare the annual and quarterly financial statements; /li liManage tax deadlines and calculate periodic fiscal obligations; /li liSupport the month-end closing, ensuring respect of deadlines and making appropriate corrections and adjustments as required; /li liAct as a senior team member, supporting colleagues during monthly closing processes, and assist with various accounting tasks as needed; /li liLead the creation of process descriptions and maps for team routines, and help automate procedures over time; /li liAssist and coordinate external audits and internal information requests, ensuring compliance with local regulatory and tax laws; /li liLead efforts to structure and improve financial policies and internal controls according to group standards. /li /ol h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul li4+ years of professional experience in a similar role, with at least 1+ years of people management experience; /li liStrong knowledge of national and international accounting standards (focus on IFRS); /li liProficiency in double entry bookkeeping and reconciliations; /li liExtensive experience in tax management and accounting; /li liExcellent English communication skills; /li liDetail-oriented with a strategic understanding of big picture goals; /li liOwnership mindset and responsibility for projects and tasks; /li liProficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Netsuite; /li liProactive, reliable, and analytically minded. /li /ul h3About sennder /h3 psennder Italia, based in Milan, is a joint venture between sennder and Poste Italiane.
