We are looking for focused and motivated individuals who are fluent in Italian and have a passion for providing exceptional customer support in the digital marketing space. This role allows you to engage with clients and help them make the most of our innovative marketing solutions. Key Responsibilities - Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via various channels' including phone' email' and chat. - Assist clients in navigating our digital marketing platform and help them troubleshoot any issues they encounter. - Educate clients about the features and benefits of our marketing solutions to maximize their success. - Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance our service offerings. - Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. - Stay up-to-date on company products and industry trends to provide informed assistance to clients. - Contribute to a positive team culture and collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals. Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential, proficiency in English is a plus. - Previous experience in customer service or support' preferably in a digital marketing or tech-related field. - Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset. - Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide clear guidance to clients. - Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment. - Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools is a plus. - Willingness to work in Greece and embrace the opportunity to live in a vibrant culture.
