This pivotal role involves managing a dedicated team, ensuring seamless end‑user IT support, and acting as the primary IT liaison for the executive management in Italy. Working closely with Corporate IT and Business IT, you will ensure that global IT strategies are effectively translated and implemented within the local context, aligning with business priorities and regulatory requirements while driving performance and continuous improvement. /p pIn this role, you will act as a strategic technology enabler, translating business needs into scalable digital solutions that enhance productivity and agility. You will take responsibility for the last mile of IT delivery at country level, ensuring that global tools and initiatives are successfully embedded and operationalized within the organization. By fostering cross-functional collaboration and leveraging data-driven insights, you will drive the implementation of the company’s Data Mesh program and accelerate automation and AI‑driven initiatives, securing tangible business outcomes. /p h3Your areas of responsibility /h3 ul liLeadership: Manage and develop a team of IT professionals across our Lead Country, ensuring a dedicated business partnership with high business proximity fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. /li liCollaboration Communication: Enable seamless collaboration among team members across borders by ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication, especially when working with remote or distributed teams. /li liStakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main IT contact for the CEO/CFO and business management, ensuring clear communication and alignment on IT initiatives. In addition to that you will act as IT business partner for our vertical businesses Digital Industries and Smart Infrastructure supporting global business strategy implementation and fit to local needs. /li liChange Management: Lead teams through organizational changes, especially during digital transformation initiatives. /li liIT Operations: Oversee end‑user IT support, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery partnering with our global value centers.
