We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on-site with our customers, providing technical support and assistance. You will be responsible for conducting service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions, as well as diagnosing system failures and determining the most cost-effective solution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical customer support and on-site assistance
* Escalate complex issues to a higher level of technical support
* Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or BiotechTechnical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma, with proficient English skills
* At least 5 years of experience in technical service
* Ability to travel and hold a valid driving license
* Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Italian
* Able to work autonomously while being a team player
