Overview
We are looking for a passionate Sponsorship & Charity Intern to join our Entertainment & Events team in our Global HQ in Milan.
Your Impact
* Operational support to the Sponsorship & Charity Team across a variety of projects (charity events, athlete management, shootings, logistics and shipments).
* Preparation of reports, updating Excel files, and managing internal documentation.
* Coordination of sample requests, warehouse item search, and interaction with internal teams.
* Taking meeting notes and supporting the organization of appointments and team schedules.
* Archive management, email handling, and daily back‑office tasks.
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
* Ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Flexibility, proactivity, and strong problem‑solving skills.
* Willingness to support the team across various operational tasks.
* Motivation to learn, curiosity for new projects, and eagerness to contribute with fresh ideas and perspectives.
