It’s no coincidence that at IKEA, HR is called People & Culture.What you will do:Supported by your company tutor and team, you will assist in the following activities:Develop the Staff Plan, ensuring the correct staffing needs for each department;Create employee schedules to meet business objectives and enhance customer experience;Collaborate in creating files and reports to monitor KPIs related to staffing;Support managers in monitoring leave and permissions across teams;Work with recruitment and administration teams for resource management;Assist the People & Culture Manager, department managers, and co-workers in implementing plans;Ensure effective onboarding process
