Job Description: Customer Service - Car Rental

Customer Service Representatives - Car Rental
The selected candidates will work in a dynamic environment, engaging with guests and proactively managing their needs to ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
1. Welcoming guests
2. Managing rental experiences
3. Handling back-office tasks (updating records and completing rental contracts)
4. Managing reservations
5. Handling inbound calls, emails, and chats
6. Managing the fleet of vehicles and company cars
Requirements:
1. Customer service orientation
2. Sales aptitude
3. Excellent interpersonal skills
4. Proficiency in English (level B2); knowledge of a second language is a plus
5. Initiative, proactivity, and problem-solving skills
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
7. Previous experience in sales or promotion is desirable
8. Availability to work on shifts from Monday to Sunday
9. Valid driving license (B)
Offer:
1. Initial training and passive onboarding at the branch
2. Contract type: Fixed-term, 6 months, with direct hiring
3. Part-time schedule: 30 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week
4. Salary and benefits details to be discussed
