Discover extraordinary every day.Purpose and main priorities of the role: As a Quality Engineer, you will report to the Quality Manager and be responsible for ensuring the highest quality level of roll and graphics products with a focus on PVC casting processes. In a dynamic context, you will maintain a strong focus on quality and drive cross-functional teams in problem resolution management and a new preventive quality culture.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeYou will monitor customer and internal claims to define priority actions for product and process improvement.You will manage problem resolution activities among stakeholders, driving the team toward corrective action definition and implementation.You will cooperate with the Quality Manager to create a continuous improvement strategy and a quality approach oriented to prevention.You will supervise production processes with the aim of reducing internal scraps and improving quality levels for customers.You will promote frequent alignments with Production to ensure a quality-minded culture and that operators engage with quality issues.Who We Are Looking ForBachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong leadership skills, including the ability to drive performance in a dynamic and challenging environment.High level of proactivity, energy, and a strong sense of responsibility.Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.Ability to manage stress and handle high workloads with resilience.Advanced proficiency in IT tools (e.g., Excel).Result-oriented mindset, pragmatism, and a customer-centric approach.Italian (good knowledge), English (excellent).Why You Can\'t Miss This OpportunityYou will actively contribute to the ambitious goals Fedrigoni is pursuing as a global industry leader, by ensuring accuracy of records and reporting on collection activity.
