We are looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to join our team.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling and execution, shaping how these values are communicated across digital platforms. It combines strategic planning with hands-on involvement - from overseeing content production and managing shoots to creating more immediate, informal content when needed.
Develop and execute the social media strategy in line with business objectives
Plan and manage the editorial calendar across Instagram, Linked In, You Tube and Facebook
Coordinate and oversee content production across all platforms
Manage and support the organization of shoots, working with external creatives and internal teams
Create lighter, more informal content when relevant (e.g. behind-the-scenes, real-time moments)
Monitor performance and conduct internal analytics, as well as research on external trends
Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment and consistency
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content dynamics
Ability to combine strategic thinking with creative sensitivity
Experience in managing content production and coordinating shoots
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Degree or dedicated qualification in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media or Social Media Strategy
Previous experience in fashion, luxury and/or B2 B environments is considered a strong plus
