Provide onsite support for racking, stacking, cabling, patching, device power-up, and IT hardware installations. Perform physical checks, basic troubleshooting, and escalate server/network issues to L3 teams as required. Support OEM activities including ticket logging, device checks, rebooting, and escorting engineers. Manage assets (tagging, inventory updates, stock handling) and maintain accurate documentation. Handle end-user support (IMAC activities, hardware issues) and execute tasks as per defined SOPs.
