It delivers innovative and field-tested science and technology (ST) solutions to address defence and security needs of the Alliance. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign research, service design, or strategic design roles with deep expertise in qualitative methodologies and design thinking frameworks. /li liLead comprehensive user research to uncover needs, behaviours, and pain points across diverse stakeholder groups /li liFacilitate workshops and design sessions to build cross-functional alignment and drive consensus /li liGuide teams to concrete product decisions through structured design thinking /li liDesign intuitive, accessible interfaces by translating research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready visual designs /li liCollaborate cross-functionally to iterate and implement designs by working with Engineering to ensure feasibility and rapidly refining solutions based on feedback /li liSynthesize findings into actionable design principles, user stories, and prioritized requirements /li liDefine and own the product vision, translating insights into a coherent strategy that guides development /li /ul h3Essential Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liA minimum requirement of a bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in an information systems, physics or electronics related scientific or engineering discipline /li liA minimum of 3 years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B or enterprise projects, particularly data-heavy applications and visualizations. /li liStrong facilitation and storytelling skills to align diverse stakeholders and senior leadership /li liDeep expertise in relevant discipline methodologies and best practices /li liProfessional experience working effectively in cross-functional agile teams /li liVery good level of spoken and written English /li /ul pIf you've read the description and feel this role is a great match, we'd love to hear from you!
