About this internship Internship Details: Start date July;
Location Milan;
Duration 12 months (6 + 6 months);
Working hours 40 hours per week;
Work model Hybrid (3 days per week in the office).Responsibilities
- Track implants from customer consignment using MMX (Inventory Tool).
- Prepare recurring reports on PO pending for Sales Force and follow‑up.
- Prepare recurring reports on Cyclecounts for Sales Force.
- Prepare recurring reports on expired products for Sales Force and follow‑up.
- Monitor incoming electronic NSO and non‑NSO orders.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing and other functions to ensure smooth communication between field teams and central offices.
- Liaise with external agencies.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Recently graduated or in the last year of bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Communications, Economics, Finance, Controlling, Marketing or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Interest in healthcare and technology.
- Ability to participate full‑time for a 12‑month programme and legal authorization to work in Italy.
Preferred
- Basic knowledge of SAP.
