**HR RECRUITER - Internship**:
TXT Group is looking for an HR Recruiter for an initial internship experience within the Corporate team of the Recruiting Group.
The position offers the opportunity to approach the recruiter profession, working closely with all companies and business units of the Group, actively contributing to the growth and development of human resources.
The resource will be part of a large and structured team and will collaborate closely with technical managers, supporting them in the search and selection phase.
**Main activities**:
Understanding and analysis of requests in the Engineering and ICT sector, including the collection and definition of job descriptions.
Implementation of networking strategies for active and targeted recruitment.
Thorough screening of resumes and evaluation of profiles in line with company needs.
Organizational management of interviews.
Entry and updating of data in the company database.
Activation of curricular and extracurricular internships with universities or external entities.
Organizational support for participating in employer branding events.
**Required skills**:
Good knowledge of the Office package (especially Excel);
Excellent knowledge of the English and German language.
Knowledge of some of the major e-recruitment and social-recruitment platforms and IT and Engineering industry profiles will be considered a plus.
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in human/scientific area or Master's degree in Human Resources.
