Technical Asset Manager – Construction Support
Prosolia Energy Group is looking for a Technical Asset Manager – Construction Support to support the construction of renewable energy projects in Italy and subsequently manage the technical portfolio of assets in operation.

Responsibilities
- Support construction: collaborate with technical supervisors to ensure correct execution of renewable projects according to design, specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with subcontractors: work closely with construction teams and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and maintain quality and safety standards.
- Oversee project delivery: ensure successful hand‑over from construction to operation, preparing assets for operational phase.
- Technical asset optimization: maximize energy production, minimize downtime and reduce operating costs through advanced data analytics.
- Monitor & analyze KPIs: track asset performance, including calculation and reporting of critical KPIs such as Performance Ratio (PR), availability and productivity of solar plants.
- Issue management: coordinate rapid resolution of significant failures and provide follow‑up reports to stakeholders.
- Fiscal management: manage consumption declarations, excise duties and any exemptions or refunds.
- Engage with ADM: fulfill fiscal and customs obligations related to energy production.
- Track origin certificates and mandatory documentation.
- Reporting & contractual management: prepare technical reports for asset owners, investors and stakeholders; oversee rights and obligations under O&M;, EPC, PPA and insurance contracts.
- Manage relationships with GME, GSE and market operators.
- Compliance & sustainability: ensure operations meet applicable regulations and network operator requirements; collaborate with ESG to produce sustainability reports and monitor environmental permits.
- Innovation & strategic development: participate in digitalization initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies; make tactical and strategic decisions across the asset life cycle.
Required Profile
Experience & Education
- Experience in managing renewable assets (preferably photovoltaic) or engineering/construction experience in renewable assets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial or related) or equivalent experience.
- Experience in data analysis and SCADA monitoring tools.
Technical Skills
- In-depth knowledge of photovoltaic systems and performance metrics.
- Contractual management experience in the energy sector.
- Knowledge of permitting, fiscal matters and ADM relations in Italy, and energy trading.
- Familiarity with EU renewable energy regulatory frameworks.
Personal Skills
- Languages: fluent Italian and English; Spanish highly appreciated.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical thinking and results orientation.
- Team‑working ability.
