Housekeeping Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping operations in all areas, ensuring the hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic appeal.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure they provide top-level services while adhering to company policies.
2. Train and manage housekeeping staff to develop their skills and improve service delivery.
3. Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure consistency across all areas of the hotel.
4. Maintain a clean and safe working environment for employees and guests.
5. Address any guest complaints regarding housekeeping service promptly and efficiently.
6. Stay updated on the latest trends in cleaning technology and sustainability practices to continually improve service delivery.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in luxury hotel housekeeping management.
* Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a relevant field preferred.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
* Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* Proficient in English and Italian.
* Solid experience and knowledge of Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards.
